For licensing enquiries you can telephone 01621 854477 to register your enquiry or telephone 01245 606727 to speak to /  make an appointment to see a licensing officer. Applications can be taken directly to Chelmsford Borough Council to be checked (please see map in the download area). However if you wish to make an application with a CRB form at the Maldon Council Office an appointment should be made with a Licensing Officer first, please use the above contact numbers.
