The next meeting of the group will take place on the 10th March 2008  at 7.30pm at Plantation Hall, Heybridge and will include the AGM. At this meeting the group will review the current development plan for Elms Farm Park which was adopted in 2006. A copy of this plan can be viewed in the download area.

The Elms Farm Park Conservation Group have a number of events planned for 2008, including;-

Volunteer work party - 27th and 28th February 11am to 3pm - coppicing willow and constructing log piles for invertebrates, reptiles and small mammals.

Guided walk looking at the trees and shrubs of Elms Farm Park and the surrounding area - Saturday 17th May starting at 10am by the main entrance to the park.

All of the events are free and everyone is welcome to attend. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing should be worn.
