To make a claim for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit you will need to complete an application form, which you can download (in the download area to the right of this page) or request a paper copy from our Customer Service Team. When you make an application it is very important to provide the evidence of your identity, income and savings. We can sometimes process a benefit claim with one hour of receiving it.
