Maldon District Council is looking for volunteers to tell us what they think of its benefits service. The minutes of the meetings which have already happened are available to read in our download area to the right of this page.
We have already made changes as a result of suggestions made to us - you can read more about these changes by clicking on our 'You said, We Did' leaflet in the download area to the right of this page.
We want to find out our residents' opinions so we can understand how our service is doing and what improvements we can make. We would like to have a group of local residents who are willing to meet every so often to share their experiences of claiming benefit and help us make the best of the service we offer.
