One Hour Service

Maldon District Council has introduced a service to customers where a decision on a “new” benefit claim can be provided within ONE HOUR of the claim being brought in to the Council Offices.

Normal benefit rules apply to making the claim and you should read the Frequently Asked Questions about the service to see if you qualify and how you go about getting your claim looked at within one hour.
