Cooling Towers, Condensers and Air Conditioning

 

The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 require that the person in control of premises containing a cooling tower and/or an evaporative condenser, must notify the local authority.

If the plant and equipment is in the Maldon district, contact the Council or use the online request form.
