We often receive calls or complaints relating to noise or vibration from ammunitions testing / disposal from the Qinetiq site at Foulness Island.
Unfortunately we have no powers to deal with these cases as the activity is exempt from the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Calls are logged gauge levels of disturbance, but we recommend that you contact the operators Qinetiq directly if you experience particular problems. |
