Paying a Parking Fine
Payment of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) must be received within 28 days of the date of issue.  If payment is received within 14 days, a discounted rate of £25 or £35 depending on the contravention will be accepted.

Payment may be made by the following methods:

Online: To proceed with an online payment, please click here. All major credit and debit cards accepted.

By Telephone: Credit or debit card Payments may be calling our customer contact centre on 01621 854477. The call centre is open Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm, and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays.

By Post: By cheque or Postal Order (crossed 'a/c Payee only'), payable to Maldon District Council.  Please write the PCN number on the back of the cheque or Postal Order and send the payment slip with your payment to:

Car Parking Services, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL.

In Person: At the Maldon District Council.

Cash Desk opening times are Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday between 10am and 3.00pm. Please note Wednesdays are 10am and 12:00pm.
