The Maldon District Council's Conservation & Design Award Scheme is in its 27th year and we rely on local groups and members of the public, as well as architects and planning agents, to nominate projects.

The annual Award Scheme aims to encourage a sympathetic approach to building conservation, promote good design, sustainability and to enhance our natural and built environment.

All nominations to be received by 31 August 2010.
