Changes to Bus Network in Maldon District
Please note the network route plan and timetables for the Maldon District services, which will start on Monday 2 April 2007.

Changes to Althorne Route
From Monday 2 April 2007, First Essex Buses are making an amendment to their 31X service to serve the lower part of Althorne. There will now be an extra stop at Fords Corner [ see on map ], as well as the Post Office.

A map of Essex transport routes is available to download by clicking here.

Timetables
Bus timetables can be viewed online from the Essex County Council Route Timetable Planner.

If you do not know the route number, you can plot a journey using the Travel Line Journey Planner. This includes bus and rail routes.

If you would like a copy of the Bus Timetable book, these can be purchased from the Maldon Tourist Information Centre.

Alternatively, you can order a copy via Essex County Council, by clicking here.

Please note that the Public Transport network is run by Essex County Council, and not Maldon District Council. Please visit the County Council Public Transport pages for more information
