Getting help
Members of the public who require an assisted collection to enable refuse to be picked up from any other location on their property must contact the Waste Management Team. Alternatively fill in the online assisted collection form by clicking here.
Spillages:
Occasionally refuse can be spilt on the pavement or roadside from the collection. All collection staff should ensure any spillages are removed as they occur. If you need to report a spillage that has not been cleared then please fill in our online form by clicking here.
