Getting help

What we do
Maldon District Council's refuse and recycling contractor will remove standard household waste that is tied up in refuse sacks once a week on your scheduled collection day. We will not remove loose refuse from bins.
Please ensure all refuse is presented in bags for collection.
Spillages
Occasionally refuse can be spilt on the pavement or roadside from the collection. All collection staff should ensure any spillages are removed as they occur. If you need to report a spillage that has not been cleared then please fill in our online form by clicking here.
If, however, the spillage is not related to the roadside collection you will need to contact Essex County Council Highways Division; for further information please click here.
