Private Sector Housing Assistance

The Private Sector Renewal Service is one of the services within the Housing, Revenues and Benefits Section of Maldon District Council.

Housing conditions have a major impact upon the health and wellbeing of individuals, households and communities.

The Council is committed to making the best use of available housing resources.
