To pay online you will need your Invoice number which can be found in the top right hand side of your bill (three letters followed by 8 numbers)
Pay by Phone
You can pay via our customer contact centre on 01621 854477. The call centre is open Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm, and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays.
Cheque Payments
Cheques should be made payable to Maldon District Council and posted to:

Your Invoice reference number, name and address must be quoted with all correspondence and remittances, post dated cheques are not accepted
Payments in Person
Cash, card or cheque payments can be made at the Council offices cash desk, opening times are:
Monday 8.45am and 4.30pm
Tuesday 8.45am and 4.30pm
Wednesday 8.45am and 12:00noon
Thursday 8.45am and 4.30pm
Friday 8.45am and 4pm
Internet Banking
You can pay via your own internet banking page by quoting our bank details which are sort code 36-13-37 and account number 57191700. You must ensure you quote your invoice reference number.
