Audit Sub-Committee

The Audit Committee is a Sub-Committee of the Finance and Corporate Services Committee.

Its job is to advise the Council on the adequacy of existing internal working methods and the extent to which the Council is fulfilling good corporate governance principles.

The Committee will also examine the internal and external audit arrangements and review the overall performance.

Membership of this Committee

The ex-officio non voting Member of the Committee is Councillor P G L Elliott, Chairman of the Finance and Corporate Services Committee.
