Where are the meetings held?
South-Eastern Area Planning Committee meetings are held at the Burnham Town Council Offices, Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, CM0 8JD. [ see map ].
All other meetings are held at the Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon CM9 5DL [ how to find us ].
Meetings commence at 7.30 pm unless stated.
How do I view minutes and agendas?

Agendas and reports are available at least seven days before the date of a meeting.
Can anyone speak at Committee meetings?
Not normally, but since January 2010 members of the public have been able to speak at meetings of the South Eastern Area Planning Committee on a trial basis. From August 2010 this trial is being extended to meetings of the North Western and Central Area Planning Committees. Please see further details in the Download Area, or click here.
