All members of District and Parish Councils are required to complete a declaration of interest form to register their financial interests.

Interests that must be declared include:

• Details of any employment or business carried out by them.
• The name of their employer.
• Details of any Directorships.
• Contracts between themselves/their firm and the Council.
• Interests in land in the area.

The Register for District Councillors is maintained by the Monitoring Officer and is available for inspection at the Council Offices [ see map ] during the following times:

• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
