Travelling to the Maldon District

The Maldon District is easily accessible from major roads and trains direct from London Liverpool Street.  Bus services connect the District to other towns in Essex.

Road: The District is linked directly to the A12 by the A414 and B1019. The South of the District can also be accessed from the A130 via the B1012, which links Burnham-on-Crouch to the A132 and thus the A130.

Rail: For Burnham-on-Crouch, take the direct line from London Liverpool Street. For Maldon, take the route from London Liverpool Street to Chelmsford or Witham, and continue the journey by bus.

Bus: Direct or indirect services link Maldon District with other Essex towns. Local buses serve the District's villages and rural areas.
