We want to know what you think about our services. Your feedback is important and helps us improve.
Please tell us if you think :-
- something is good
- we could have done something better
- we have not done something
- or you have a suggestion
You can use our online form to tell us what you think or if you have a complaint. We treat all complaints in the same way so there is no need to write to us.
If you do have a complaint the Council will investigate it and respond to you. We have a complaints procedure and you can download a leaflet that explains how we will deal with them.
If you feel the Council has still not answered your complaint after we have investigated and completed our complaints procedure, you can contact the Local Government Ombudsman and ask them to investigate your complaint. This is a free service.
The Local Government Ombudsman has a website www.lgo.org.uk that provides details on how to do this and an online form.
