How to request information

If you would like to request information you think we may hold about you, please print and complete a subject access request form and send it to us along with two pieces of identification, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement which must clearly show your name and address, and a fee of £10.

Please note, photocopies of identification will not be accepted.

If you would like to request information by sending us an e-mail or letter, the following details must be provided:

  • your name
  • your address
  • proof of identity
  • enough information to identify your records

The Council has a duty to respond to a request within 40 days of receipt provided the identification documents and fee have been provided.
