Joseph Heron was prosecuted by Maldon District Council at Chelmsford Magistrate's Court on the 18th of March 2014. Mr Heron pleaded guilty to unauthorised alterations to Bacons, Dengie; a grade II listed manor house dating from the 1500s. Mr Heron replaced eleven Georgian windows with eleven plastic windows.
