Who puts up the site notice?
It is usually the case officer for the application who will put up the site notices, although this is not always the case and it could be another officer of the Council. We aim to put up site notices within one week of the application being validated and processed for consultation. The site notices can be removed 21 days after they were first put up. Site notices will be placed on or near the site.
In some instances where we need to re-consult on an application due to changes to the proposed development a second set of site notices may be put up.
