Conservation and Design Awards Winners

The winners of the 36th Maldon District Conservation & Design Awards have been announced and include the restoration of an ancient timber-framed house, the repair of a 19th-century steam mill, the design of two bespoke new dwellings, and landscaping work to slow the erosion of valuable saltmarsh.

Six exemplary projects in total received awards in the annual categories of Building Conservation, Design, Sustainability and Nature Conservation at a Presentation Ceremony held on the 5 November 2019.
