Stow Maries Aerodrome Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement

On 3 December 2014 Maldon District Council, Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome Trust and The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England entered into a Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement (LBHPA) pursuant to Section 26A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.  This agreement concerns the 24 grade II* listed buildings at Stow Maries Aerodrome, and grants automatic consent for certain types of repair and alteration.  An updated version of the LBHPA, incorporating minor modifications agreed by all parties, was signed and published on 1 April 2019.
