How to make a complaint
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and our aim is to get things right first time. However, sometimes things do unfortunately go wrong, so if you are not satisfied by something that we have done there is a complaints process for these occasions.
Use our online form to tell us your complaint or use one of our usual contact routes to get in touch. We will investigate and will get back to you with a response within seven working days. The leaflet, Making a Comment, Complaint or Compliment explains the process in more detail.
