Making an application
A fee must be submitted with the application and will depend on the type of variation. Full variation fees depend upon the rateable value of the premises.
To apply online:
- Application to vary a premises licence
- Apply for a minor variation to a club or premises licence
- Apply to vary a premises licence to specify an individual as a premises supervisor
- Consent of an individual to being specified as a premises supervisor

If we refuse to issue the licence, contact the Council in the first instance.
Applicants can appeal our decision in relation to a variation of licence to the Magistrates' Court. The appeal has to be made within 21 days of the decision being made. This does not apply to minor variations where there is no right of appeal.
