COVID-19 business rate grants

Following the announcement 22 October, we are awaiting further information about additional financial support being made to other businesses in high-alert level areas which are not legally closed, but which are severely impacted by the restrictions on socialising. Further information will be made available here as soon as possible.

If your business has been severely impacted by the social restrictions in place as a result of moving to Tier 2 and you wish to express an interest in the grant scheme, please provide  contact details and we will be in touch when you are able to submit an application.

 

Local Restrictions Support Grants - Businesses required to close (T3)

Financial support is being made available to qualifying businesses in the event that they are required to close as a result of increased restrictions coming into force.

Further information can be found here.  Businesses within the Maldon District currently do not qualify.

 

Applications for Small Business Grants and Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grants can no longer be accepted as all of the schemes are now closed.

Our third discretionary grant application window closed on Sunday 9th August. 

The first application period closed at midnight on 19 June 2020 and

the second application period closed at midnight on 8 July 2020.
