Developer Contributions and S106 Agreements.

Planning obligations or S106 agreements usually run with a planning permission and may help to control the use of the land or require developer contributions. As a legal agreement, Planning Obligations can last in perpetuity and they are therefore registered as a land charge on the Council’s Land Charges Register.

The spreadsheet identifies all of the outstanding s106 agreements which exist in the Maldon District Council area.

S106 Agreements
