National One Minute Silence - 3pm Saturday 17 April
To mark the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh on 9th April 2021, there will be a national one minute silence at 15:00 on Saturday 17th April.

Covid-19 testing even more accessible- new self- testing collection sites and more people eligible for financial support
Additional Covid-19 self-test collection sites will be introduced across Essex thanks to an agreement between Essex County Council (ECC) and partner councils, more residents will receive financial support if they test positive for the virus.
