Notice of Completion of the Audit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2015 that the audit of Maldon District Council’s financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 has been completed and the Statement of Accounts for the Financial year 2017/18 has been published.
(i) Any interested local government elector may request a copy of the statements by writing to the Council’s Director of Resources, Maldon District Council, The Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL or by viewing them on the Council’s website www.maldon.gov.uk
(ii) Alternatively, copies of the accounts may be inspected Monday to Friday during the hours of 10am to 4pm, by appointment, at the address in part (i) above. This right is conferred on local government electors by Section 25 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.
