Housebuilder Persimmon Homes, working alongside Maldon District Council and Estuary Housing Association, is currently developing a range of high quality properties for private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent at Sharpes Meadow, Broad Street Green Road, Heybridge.

The properties for sale are currently advertised on and and consist of one, two, three, and four-bedroom houses and are surrounded by stunning countryside on the edge of Heybridge.

The shared ownership and affordable rented properties will be provided through Estuary Housing Association and will consist of one, two and three-bedroom houses and include a garden and allocated parking. 

For single people and couples, there will be the opportunity to apply for one-bedroom houses on this site for rent.

This scheme will help to meet the housing need within the District by providing high quality accommodation in a beautiful location with a range of housing tenure options and is an excellent example of what can be achieved when partners work together.”
