Essex branches of NatWest join Keep Safe network of safe venues
Published on Monday, 10th December 2018
The Maldon branch of Nat West is one of 18 NatWest and RBS branches in Essex who have joined a network of safe venues across the county that offer assistance to vulnerable people.
From Monday December 3rd, all NatWest and RBS Essex branches will display the Keep Safe logo in their branch windows, showing community support for vulnerable people.
NatWest joins a Keep Safe network of over 550 high street shops and businesses across Essex that help vulnerable people who are in trouble or distress to make a telephone call to a trusted emergency contact.
Keep Safe provides free Keep Safe contact information packs to any vulnerable person who feels they would benefit from the scheme.
Katharine Washbrook, Keep Safe Trustee, said: ‘This is fantastic visible and positive community support from NatWest. A very big thank you to NatWest and all the Essex branches on joining the Keep Safe scheme.’
