Notice of Conclusion of Audit
The Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 and Section 25 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 that the audit of Maldon District Council’s accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 has been concluded and the Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2018/19 has been published. 1. Any local government elector for the area of Maldon District Council may inspect and make copies of or take extracts from the Statement of Accounts.
2. Any local government elector may request a copy of the Statement of Accounts by writing to the Council’s Interim Section 151 Officer, Maldon District Council, Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL. The Statement of Accounts may also be viewed and downloaded here.
3. Alternatively, the Statement of Accounts may be inspected Monday to Friday during the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, by appointment at the Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL
