Richard Holmes, Director of Service Delivery, said;  “We are proud to have supported the delivery and development of the Smoke and Fire Festival in its first three years and are sorry to see it go, but we respect their decision to try a new venue and we wish them every success. Promenade Park is a fantastic venue and we work with a range of organisers to provide an exciting calendar of events.  We are pleased to announce that we are already working with new event organisers and planning new events for 2020, including the return of Fantasia in July with some of the biggest names in the music industry.”
