Langford and Ulting Neighbourhood Plan Goes to Referendum

The Langford and Ulting Neighbourhood Plan has moved a stage closer to being adopted.
Maldon District Council has issued a Decision Statement today stating the intention to send the Neighbourhood Plan to referendum.
That referendum will take place on Thursday 3 March 2022.
The Decision Statement, Information Statement and all the relevant information around taking part in the referendum is available at Community Led Planning - Langford and Ulting Neighbourhood Plan.
The Neighbourhood Plan can now be given significant weight in determining planning applications in Langford and Ulting, so far as the plan is material to the application.
