Maldon District Council are pleased to confirm that the UFest community festival will return to Maldon Promenade Park on Friday 16th August 2024.

The free community festival celebrating life, health, and wellbeing promises to offer a diverse range of activities, entertainment, and support services for the entire community.

Councillor Richard Siddall, Leader of Maldon District Council said, “I am really pleased that UFest is returning to Maldon Promenade Park again for 2024. The festival has received lots of positive feedback since it began in 2022, and the team behind it have planned an even bigger and better festival this year. UFest will give residents an opportunity to take part in activities, try something new and find support they might need.”

This year there are six zones to experience: Health and Wellbeing, Children and Family, Sport, Blue Light, Discovery and Climate. Take part in the UFest Trail and visit each zone to get a prize!

FREE activities will be running from 11am to 4pm, including live music, interactive stalls, and events for the whole community. There will be a fantastic selection of games, sports, and activities to get involved with throughout the day.

UFest is more than just a festival; it is a platform to connect with your community, learn something new, and experience a day filled with fun and inspiration.

UFest is free to enter and open to all members of the family. Visit the dedicated page on Visit Maldon District to find out more.

This event has been funded by the Nuclear Restoration Service.
