Duty Planner Service
Maldon District Council is delighted to offer an in person Duty Planner service for our residents in relation to minor queries regarding works to their homes or within the curtilage.
Residents can attend the Council Offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10:00am and 1:00pm. No appointment is necessary, although there may be a slight wait if we are assisting other customers.
Please note that Duty Planner advice is provided in-person only and is not available by telephone.
