Maldon District Council is developing a new Housing, Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy for the period 2026–2031.
We are seeking views on the proposed vision, strategic priorities and areas of focus before the full strategy is finalised.
These proposals have been informed by local evidence, stakeholder interviews and workshops with residents, councillors, council officers, housing associations, developers and voluntary and community organisations.
