Maldon and Heybridge Central Area Masterplan Consultation - 20 March until 28 April 2017

The masterplan area is focussed on Maldon Central, the Causeway Regeneration Area and the Leisure Quarter where retail, employment, transport, and leisure and community land uses are essential to the quality of life and prosperity of the District.

Public Telephone Kiosk (01621 860366) Tolleshunt D’Arcy - Closing 17 May 2017

British Telecommunications plc are proposing to remove the payphone service at this location and Tolleshunt D’Arcy Parish Council  would like to adopt this kiosk. If you have any comments about this, please contact Chris.rust@maldon.gov.uk

What is your big idea for Riverside Park, Burnham-on-Crouch? - Closing 30 April 2017

As part of the Dengie Gateway Project the Council is promoting Burnham-on-Crouch and Riverside Park as a visitor destination and gateway to Wallasea Island and the ‘Saltmarsh Coast’. The Council has ring-fenced £20k of grant funding to do ‘something special’ in Burnham and invites you to submit your big idea.
