Habitual and Vexatious Complaints
We have a policy for dealing with complaints and are committed to treating complainants fairly. However, a very small minority of customers sometimes make unreasonable, vexatious or persistent complaints. We therefore have a Habitual and Vexatious Complaints Policy which sets out how these complaints will be dealt with.
