Report a faulty machine

To report a faulty car park machine please contact us with the details by emailing: parking.services@maldon.gov.uk or calling 01621 854477.

If the fault has resulted in you being overcharged, please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience and use the following guidance to request a refund.

 

Request a refund

Evidence showing all payments you have made will be required with every refund claim, failure to provide this information will result in refund requests being rejected and a delay to your refund being processed.

Please do not upload copies of tickets, only copies taken from bank statements/online banking showing dates of transactions will be accepted, copies of pending payments will not be accepted, only send refund request forms once payments have been debited from your account.

We are unable to refund direct to a Credit Card, all refunds will be via a BACS transfer, therefore we require your Bank name, sort code and account number.

 

Please request a refund ensuring you upload evidence of the overpayment (a copy of your bank statement).

 

Please be advised that we will only be able to issue you a refund once we have received all this information.
