Car parking refund

If you have experienced an issue when using one of our car parking machines, which has resulted in you being overcharged, please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience.

If the payments are still showing as pending, please only contact us once the transactions have been debited from your account as payments are not always processed.

Please complete our online form and email the following details to parking.services@maldon.gov.uk and we will process your refund via a bank transfer.

  • Proof of purchase
    • A copy of your bank statement. Please blank out all other personal information as we only require evidence of the parking transactions
  • Amount to be refunded
  • Name on Bank Account
  • Bank Account Number
  • Sort Code

Please be advised that we will only be able to issue you a refund once we have received all this information.
