Dog Control PSPO
The Public Spaces Protection Order covers Dog Control across the Maldon District.
The order requires a person in charge of a dog to:

Remove dog faeces from any land to which the public has access, on payment or otherwise.

Put their dog on a lead when asked to do so by an authorised officer
The order also requires a person in charge of a dog to:

Keep their dog on a lead in the designated areas indicated in the maps below.

Keep their dog out of the dog exclusion zones indicated in the maps below.

A person who fails to comply with the order may receive a fine of £100.
