Harmful weeds and invasive, non-native plants

There are a number of harmful weeds and non-native plants that are controlled by law. These include;

  • Common Ragwort
  • Spear Thistle
  • Creeping or Field Thistle
  • Broad-leaved Dock
  • Curled Dock
  • Japanese Knotweed
  • Giant Hogweed
