The Maldon District Green Infrastructure Strategy SPD provides further guidance on the Maldon District Local Development Plan policies N1, N2 and N3 regarding the Council's approach to green infrastructure provision in the District.
The Maldon District Green Infrastructure Strategy SPD was adopted by the Council on 16 May 2019. This means that the SPD is a material consideration when the Council makes decisions on planning applications.
