The Maldon District Vehicle Parking Standards SPD provides further guidance on the Maldon District Local Development Plan policies T2, S5, D1, D2, H4, T1 and I1, regarding the Council’s approach to vehicle parking provision within new development.
This SPD replaces the 2006 Vehicle Parking Standards SPD.
The Maldon District Vehicle Parking Standards SPD was adopted by the Council on 8 November 2018. This means that the SPD is a material consideration when the Council makes decisions on planning applications.
