Maldon District Council announces changes to Christmas waste collections

Maldon District Council want to make residents aware of important changes to waste collections over the Christmas period.
Throughout December and January, garden waste collections will occur every two weeks. Weekly collections will resume in February 2025.
There will also be adjustments to the collection schedule for household waste, recycling, glass and food waste during the festive season.
Tuesday Collections will see no changes, with collections continuing as normal.
Residents who have their bins collected on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, will need to put their bins out on the dates highlighted in the infographic accompanying this article.
Residents are encouraged to check their collection calendar at home or visit the Council's website for detailed information.
