UFest will take place on Friday 15 August at Maldon’s Promenade Park, promising a day filled with fun, learning, and community spirit.

UFest is an annual event that brings together a diverse range of organisations to showcase their services and engage with the community and has received £4,000 from the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

There will be a stage, music entertainment and a prize trail for families and children, and we are excited to welcome back many familiar faces, including:

  • Children's activity providers
  • Sports clubs
  • Emergency services
  • Community organisations
  • Essex Libraries

Cllr Richard Siddall, Leader of Maldon District Council, said; "UFest is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and learn about the incredible services available to them. This is combined with a day to enjoy family-friendly activities. We are proud to see so many organisations returning to support this event and look forward to welcoming everyone in August."

Join us at UFest for a day of discovery, engagement, and fun. Stay tuned for more details on the event schedule and participating organisations.

More information about UFest will be shared on the Council’s website and social media channels.
