Freegle is an online platform that helps people give and get items for free in their community. It's easy and free to join your local group in Maldon.

Farleigh Hospice offers a furniture collection service. They also take donations of clothing, bric-a-brac and small electrical items.

Emmaus is an organisation helping the homeless. They will take large items of furniture from parts of the District.


Colchester Toy Library is happy to take donations of toys of any size. Join for free and enjoy toys without having to buy them. 


Re-cycle will accept old bikes in any condition. They ship the bikes to Africa where they train local people to repair and maintain the bike to improve their lives.


Tools With A Mission collect tools as well as typewriters and sewing machines to send to development projects, training centres and schools in developing countries. .
