Service Updates

We are aware that there are some service disruptions with food waste collections. Before you report a missed collection please  See if you are affected.

Reporting a missed waste collection

If your waste has not been collected and no issues have been reported by our crews please report it within 48 hours (two days) of your scheduled collection day at  

Please leave your waste on your front boundary (or agreed collection point) and we will return within 3 working days to collect it.

Please note that if a missed service request is raised when a service issue has been reported or after the 48 hour reporting window, the request will be cancelled and no response will be sent.
