Garden waste collection service
The collection of garden waste is not part of the standard refuse or recycling collection service. However, we are able to provide a green waste wheeled bin kerbside service for a small annual fee. Please note that if your refuse and recycling collections are made by our small waste collection vehicle (ISO collections) we are unable to offer a garden waste service to these addresses due to vehicle size restrictions.
Letters were sent to households advising them of this years renewal process together with information on how to register for our digital services to receive electronic billing in the future during February & March.

Place your wheeled bin on your front boundary by 7am on the morning of collection and make sure your wheeled bin can be seen, do not hide it behind a wall. Collection times may vary from week to week, so it is very important that your wheeled bin is on your front boundary by 7am. For further information please refer to the terms and conditions.
